Meet the Team
Come and meet the team at our pre-school, rich in experience and focussed on bringing the best out of every child in a caring and nurturing environment.
All staff have been fully DBS checked, undertaken a Paediatric First Aid Course, plus safeguarding and child protection training on appointment and conduct regular refresher training thereafter, keeping their knowledge up to date. Where required, the staff are also certified in Food Hygiene for Catering

Speech and Language Development, Key Worker '3-4s' and Paediatric First Aider
Lisa has worked with young children for most of her career. She has a deep understanding of how children learn and develop, and is especially passionate to help children who might need some extra help with their speech, language and/or development.
Lisa shares that there is nothing more rewarding than seeing the children grow and develop and loves helping them to thrive through their early years. She has had some wonderful and fulfilling experiences with children over her working career, and loves bumping into them and catching up on their latest news!
In her spare time, Lisa is mum to her lovely daughter who just loves to dance and is often practising hard for her next dance recital. Lisa also has a fluffy puppy called Coco who needs lots of walks
